About Me

Hello!

I am a multimedia journalist based in London. I have just completed my degree in Journalism at City, University of London.

Originally from Italy, I started working as a journalist when I was 14 as an Education reporter for my local newspaper "Messaggero Veneto". There, I wrote opinion pieces and investigative features on a combination of education and current affairs topics.

I have always looked at British journalism as an example of good and responsible practice. So, in 2017, I decided to move to the UK, to pursue a career in this industry.

Here in London, alongside my studies at City University, I did work experiences at Thomson Reuters Foundation, Press Association and The Times. I am currently a freelancer at Optimum Nutrition Magazine.

I am very passionate about fitness and wellbeing - I used to be a professional artistic roller skater - but I could settle for a good dystopian novel.

Among my life goals, I want to discover more hidden wonders of the world and become the next BBC News editor.

After I graduate, I would like to step into broadcasting, potentially working for a multimedia platform, creating innovative stories and reporting about humanitarian issues.

Find my broadcasting showreel below.
